Any cancellation or alternation to a booking must be received in writing. In the event that a company or individual wishes to cancel a table or individual seat(s) the following charges shall apply

1. Four months prior to event 50% of total cost
2. Three months prior to event 100% of total cost

Your table is not guaranteed until we have written confirmation from you. Please do not invite other media. Entry rights to media organisations is restricted to those authorised by Pharmacy Business.
