Awarded to the pharmacy that demonstrates the best utilisation of the technology and skill mix to deliver safe supply of medicines and excellent patient care. (this can include Distance Selling Pharmacies)
For the multiple pharmacy branch that is community focused and has provided the best care to patients, has an innovative approach to customer care, and supports staff at the highest levels.
For the independent community pharmacy which has excelled in every aspect of their pharmacy open to all (this can include Distance Selling Pharmacies)
Awarded to the best all round pharmacy in its development and delivery of NHS and private clinical services. The winner will demonstrate an exceptional level of patient care and experience, the adoption of good clinical management systems and a commitment to on-going team development to ensure the highest quality of safe clinical practice. (this can include Distance Selling Pharmacies, PCN, GP and hospital)

This award recognises the great work of community pharmacies across the country to support their local community.

This award is for the pharmacy assistant who has demonstrated a willingness to embrace new services and develop their OTC business. (this can include Distance Selling Pharmacies)
This award honours a pharmacy that demonstrates exceptional leadership and commitment to environmental sustainability in its operations and practices.
Eligible pharmacies will:
- Integrate environmentally responsible practices into daily operations, with a focus on reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact.
- Promote a culture of sustainability among staff, patients, and the wider community.
- Show innovation and measurable progress in implementing sustainable initiatives within the pharmacy setting

We are looking for organisations that go beyond simply supplying products – those that deliver excellence in customer care, reliability in the supply chain, and a positive impact on the profession and the communities it serves.
For the pharmacist who has excelled in providing outstanding public health services and enhanced patient care in the community (this can include Distance Selling Pharmacies)
For the pharmacy that have embraced new technologies, big or small and implemented them into their business to improve patient services, safety or enhance business performance (this can include Distance Selling Pharmacies)
