For the multiple pharmacy branch that is community focused and has provided the best care to patients, has an innovative approach to customer care, and supports staff at the highest levels.
Awarded to the best all round pharmacy group. The winner will demonstrate an exceptional level of patient care and customer service throughout its group, good leadership and management, systems and a commitment to on-going staff development. (A group is defined as more than three pharmacies under single ownership)
For the independent community pharmacy which has excelled in every aspect of their pharmacy
Awarded to the best all round pharmacy in its development and delivery of NHS and private clinical services. The winner will demonstrate an exceptional level of patient care and experience, the adoption of good clinical management systems and a commitment to on-going team development to ensure the highest quality of safe clinical practice.
Awarded to the best all round hospital pharmacy. The winner will demonstrate an exceptional level of patient care and service, good leadership and management, systems and a commitment to on-going staff development. A hospital pharmacy could be in-patient or out-patient.
Awarded to a pharmacist who has led and inspired their team to deliver exceptional business performance.
This award is presented to the pharmacy that has the most enterprising venture within any area of pharmacy.
